This is an example of exactly how I get to my cost per mile. First I show you my calculation then I have a blank sheet you can copy what I did with numbers that are true for your situation. For example if you spent 50K on your truck and I spent 80K don't put 80K as I did put your cost into the equation instead. I think you'll be able to figure it out pretty easy.

Live Load Logger

This is an up-to-date log of every load I have ever run with my CDL set up. I have painstakingly but very necessarily kept track of this data and made it available to you. Hope you find this valuable. If you look closely, you can even find out what areas are bad coming out of and vice versa. The Loads highlighted in red were the only thing on my trailer. The Groupings of Green or Blue were partials that were on my trailer together. Look at the pick ups and drop offs and it will make sense.
